ABOUT US

Since 2012, We (Fill the Container) have been the direct link between factories and retailers in the industry of hardware tools and home improvement. A new effective and efficient pattern of sourcing qualified products, offering independent retailers factory direct price with small MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) has been established.

Growing up with retailers located mainly in islands of the South Pacific Ocean, we’ve gained experience and friendship with our customers. We are offering our customers 16 series, over 15,000 SKUs products. Orders are made online and delivered through container consolidation.

We always strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. It is our team who are devastating professionalism development and efficiency management, enlarging product series and strengthening our supply chain management. We are proud to share our passion to be the bridge between overseas manufacturers and worldwide retailers by offering great ideas and excellent service.

Following our business strategy, we started our operation (Fill the Pallet) in Australia in 2021.

WAREHOUSE

Warehouse plays a key role in the entire business process of FTP, on both physical level and virtual servers. We can say that the entire business model of FTP revolves around warehouses operations in China and Australia.

FTP has a warehouse located in Zhejiang Province, China. It is equipped with a total area of 15,000 square meters, 3D racking system, fully realized digital management, and the maximum storage capacity is 900 standard containers. Our warehouse has also the most advanced loading equipment, which can load up to 10 standard containers per day. FTP Australian warehouse is located in Dandenong South, Victoria.

Our warehouse operation team is professional, efficient, and accurate in terms of receiving, quality inspection, loading, etc. Their hard work, rich experience, and professional knowledge are the most important guarantees for our warehouse operations, both in Asia and in Australia.

SHOWROOM

Our 300+ square meters SHOWROOM is located right in the corner of our warehouse, where you will be able to check out our great range of products and get an intuitive understanding of our products. We welcome all local retail customers to book an appointment for a personal one-on-one experience, our sales team will help you get your order and all other enquiries sorted. We believe that the showroom tour is very worthwhile, especially before your first order.

ORDER SYSTEM

In order to improve customer sourcing efficiency, we have developed an online inquiry and ordering system with the following functions:

Query
Through this system, users can query all product-related information online: picture, description, packaging, size, price, barcode, packing quantity, etc. Users also share all relevant information updated with FTP, which greatly improves communication efficiency.

Ordering
Users can easily select products and finalise orders online. Uncompleted online orders will also be stored for users to review and complete later.

Notifications
This cloud-based ordering system will do the most work of notifying our customers on pricing, new arrivals, clearance & order tracking etc.

Strict quality inspections are conducted before any product is brought into our warehouse. All our products comes with 1-year warranty.

4. Small MOQ & Pallet Consolidation
Under FTP business model, small order quantity is accepted, enabling our retailers to order more SKUs in each order, which means quicker inventory turnover and healthier cash flow for them.

5. Shipping & Delivery
FTP handles the whole process from importing, storage to delivery, including containers loading & unloading, customs clearance, container transportation, import customs clearance, inland transportation, etc. The whole process serves throughout the supply chain management and makes it possible for independent retailers to share the benefit of importing, even when they have less experience in importing.

6. Professional and Ongoing Team Support
To keep the operation cost low, our main team are based in Asia, only necessary service team are located in Australia. We are experienced in the field of Hardware & Tools and are not only familiar with the operation of the overseas supply chain but also understand well the real needs of the Australian market. FTP uses its own supply chain advantages to purchase many school uniforms and school bags together with relevant Chinese organizations and with our local Australian retailer customer LEON HARDWARE, we donated these supplies to teachers and students in a local elementary school.
